At Hope’s Embrace, we are committed to transforming the lives of women and families in our community by providing essential support during one of the most critical times in their lives: childbirth. Our mission is to ensure that every woman has access to birth support, regardless of her circumstances.
You can help us make birth support accessible to all. Every year we help 70+ moms in need across the state of Kentucky. We’ve supported them in birth when no one else is there, we’ve taught classes to pregnant teenagers, helped with bereavement support…the list goes on and on.

Our matchmaking process is essential for providing personalized support to mothers and families during their birth journey. This information helps us match clients with the right doula from our network of 30+ doulas across the state so that we can create a supportive environment where moms feel supported and empowered.

Our doulas receive ongoing training, individualized mentoring, and are part of a connected statewide referral network. With a wide range of specialties and lived experiences, our team reflects the diverse communities we serve—ensuring that each family is supported by someone who understands their unique values, needs, and goals throughout pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
